Breakfast was great- the huge freshly made biscuits a delight. Generous portions and reasonably priced. From omelets to crispy bacon to sausage gravy. Try resisting that mega cinnamon roll! Homemade breads are their special touch.
First Timers! Dropped my grandson off to football practice Saturday & he suggested Colee’s. There we went, my daughter & I.Let me start with the service. Our server was training & doing a great job! Her trainer; she was really doing an excellent job! (So sorry I not good with names)Now the food!!! It was really good! The biscuits were super soft. Just like home.Going back to try lunch next!
This amazing little charm of a restaurant deserves an easy five stars for many reasons!Everything about this place made me feel at ease, and very “right at home”, and the crew are friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back, and the seating is comfortable Let’s get right to the food!! The menu is large and varied, everything from gyros to burgers, and from fish to chicken! I had their “two egg special” with sausage, and EXCELLENT fried potatoes, but one thing that really grabbed my attention was their home-made bread!! It was served sliced, buttered, and toasted, and this golden delight was practically melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and before I forget they also have EXCELLENT sweet tea, with free refills! Their tea is perhaps the best YET??!Atmospherically the tunes were a pleasant newer mix, and it had hassle-free WiFi, and I totally enjoyed my visit there.
Intended to go to Angel’s Diner, but could not get in. We found Colee’s. So glad we did. Great home town feeling. Hamburger was very good. The onion rings were top notch.
Great little place for lunch! We went there with a bunch of friends. The service was good for a very busy day.I had the house salad and a gyro with sweet potato fries. The salad was a pretty big size it was basic but that’s what I wanted. The Greek dressing was ok. The Gyro was perfect. Soft, sweet pita, a decent amount of lamb, lettuce tomato, onion and feta. The tzatziki was fantastic. Excellent sandwiches. With that said, the highlight was the sweet potato fries. A thick, wide crinkle cut that allowed the outside to be crispy but the inside was soft. No question the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!).Even If you go only for the sweet potato fries, it would be worth the trip!
Breakfast is delicious! I cannot wait to try their lunch. Very clean restaurant. The staff is awesome!!
As always, food was delicious! All 6 of us enjoyed another terrific breakfast. We love their homemade bread & biscuits! My breakfast sandwich was perfect, and our favorite server Lisa was as efficient and friendly as ever! We love her!! Thanks for another wonderful time at Colee’s!!
We had breakfast this morning at Colee’s. This restaurant has a great hometown, old fashioned diner feel. We felt welcomed by everyone from the host who seated us to the attentive waitress. Our meals were delicious and came with homemade bread for toast or biscuits.
